There is no reason this should be happening and the app should be at least able to access the same hearing aid data the hearing center specialist can see when they check the aids every few months. Previously it happened once a month or so. It happens every day since the last iOS update when users were promised full compatibility. Today, though I wore them 16 hours +, the app quit working again at 6.5 hours and I didn’t check it, so that’s all it shows for the day, making the app a complete waste of time.
